Actuate the dock illumination lights from the boat.

Scenario

A ship owner wanted to be able to turn the dock lighting on and off from their yacht, making departures and arrivals at night safer.

Solution

An ILLUMRA wire-in relay was connected to the light fixture on the dock. ILLUMRA self-powered wireless light switches were installed in the yacht and an ILLUMRA self-powered, hand-held wireless remote control was located at the helm, permitting the captain or the occupants of the ship to safely control the lights while aboard.
